0830 - 2130 OGL Camp
basically it's a camp dat enhance our LEADING skills so dat we r capable enough to lead the freshman in the coming orientation at 2th to 4th April...1st come to my mind when talking about leading skill was influencing n motivating(wat i have learned in management principles..lolx)but today i realize being a leader,must come with determination,aggressive,discipline..etc etc...n the very important thing is leader should possess very good communication skill in order to give the instructions to the members clearly n correctly...n u can not be shy...must take initiative in doing everything...WOW...sounds like so hard being a good leader...quite true la...must learn from senior...they r good leaders...

ya...my group members quite nice...all played very fun today...but of cuz sometimes might not enjoy much in the game,maybe too tired n not enough sleep or some of the game for me is lame la..*chuckle*...nothing much say bout it lah...will get to know bout about each other tomolo...very bery tired now..got muscle cramp cuz run here run there for the games...okies...sleep tights....
